Hong Kong ICC Bldg. Rising to a height of 1,588 feet, the International Commerce Center (ICC) is the tallest building in Hong Kong and the fourth tallest building on the planet. Work on the lofty skyscraper began in 2002 and was completed in 2010. The more specific location of the ICC Building is the West Kowloon area of Hong Kong, and it is part of the residential and commercial Union Square development. Major ICC features include the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, which occupies floors 102 to 118, and the Sky 100 observation deck on floor 100.
