Set within steps of beautiful Eagle Beach, the La Cabana Beach and Racquet Club enjoys a wonderful location. It certainly isn’t all about location when it comes to this Aruba resort, however. Among the extensive facilities is a large free-form swimming pool that has its own water slide, and it is hard to find fault with the clean and comfortable guest units. Special meal plans are available, and La Cabana Resort guests can also choose to go the all inclusive route if they so desire.
The La Cabana Beach and Racquet Club is a timeshare resort that opened in 1990. As is true of many Caribbean resorts, it has the feel of a small village and strives to present its guests with a slew of activity options. There is even a day camp for kids, and adults can tempt Lady Luck at Aruba’s largest casino. In relation to the 449 guest units, they are more akin to apartments than hotel rooms. They are also reasonably priced, and anyone who is interested can entertain the option of ownership. Units can be purchased in full or on a co-op basis.
The La Cabana Beach and Racquet Club apartments come in the form of studios, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units. Found inside each tasteful unit are all the amenities that guests should need to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay. That includes a fully-equipped kitchen. Granite-top counters add an upscale edge to the kitchens, and there are also granite-top sinks in the bathrooms. Some of the La Cabana Beach and Racquet Club apartments offer partial or full ocean views, while the rest offer pool or garden views.
