The two fine-dining restaurants at The Cove are the Mesa Grill and the Mosaic. The Mesa Grill is the first restaurant opened by renowned chef, Bobby Flay, outside of the United States. The Mosaic is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and revolves around a Mediterranean-influenced menu with live action stations where dishes are prepared on demand. The customary collection of suites found at The Cove Atlantis Bahamas range from the 672 square-foot Ocean Suite to the 2,751 square-foot 1, or 2-bedroom Presidential Suites. Rates for these options, and those found between them, will cost you anywhere from $460-$4,935 per night depending on the season and how big you want to go. If you really want to go all out, you can rent the 4,070 square-foot penthouse suite, which among other stunning amenities features a media room with a theater system that delivers the sounds while the 60-inch flat-screen television delivers the sights. The penthouse suite will cost you a pretty penny at $15,000 plus per night, but you only live once.
