Sunset Beach Resort and Spa

Three Sunset Beach Resort and Spa properties can be found in Jamaica. They are managed under one common brand – Sunset Resorts. All of these resorts offer considerable quality in relation to their rooms and their general facilities. They also offer great locations, convenient all inclusive packages, and special lodging packages for couples who are interested in Jamaica weddings and honeymoons. As far as the differences are concerned, two of the Sunset Beach Resort and Spa properties cater to kids and adults alike. The other remaining property is better suited for adults only. Regardless of the Sunset resort that travelers ultimately choose to go with, they should find it easy to make their most of their Jamaica escape.

Among the highlights in this department are a spa, five swimming pools, tennis courts, six restaurants, eight bars, a disco, boutiques, and a mini gaming lounge. Of course, no discussion about this resort would be complete without also mentioning its beautiful white-sand beach. The Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort and Spa welcomes singles, couples, families, and other groups.

Set among trees and flowering plants in the laid-back Jamaican resort area of Negril is the sumptuous Sunset at the Palms. A chic and serene lodging establishment, this resort offers 85 "treehouse-style" bungalows that have been praised by Architectural Digest. Found inside the bungalows are beautiful Asian-inspired furnishings. The bathrooms are fitted with slate tiles, chrome fixtures, and glass-enclosed showers with body jets and multiple showerheads. Other amenities include flat screen TVs, individually controlled air conditioning, and direct-dial phones. There are two lodging categories at the Sunset at the Palms Negril. The more exclusive units are split-level suites that have two full baths, two verandas, and a second-story master bedroom. Other features of this romantic Caribbean retreat include private beach access, an onsite spa, a swimming pool, a tennis court, three restaurants, and two bars. As is true of the other Sunset Beach Resort and Spa properties, the Sunset at the Palms Negril also has a guest services desk where it is possible to arrange "off-site" activities, such as scuba diving and horseback riding.

The Sunset Beach Resort & Waterpark in Montego Bay is the most casual Jamaica resort that is offered by Sunset Resorts. It also offers the most in the way of value. In the 430 guest units, the amenities are numerous, with highlights including a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a private balcony, a safe, a full bath, and air conditioning. There are various room categories, so guests can choose accordingly. Some of the rooms offer direct access to one of the resort’s main facilities – its Pirates Paradise waterpark. When Sunset Beach Montego Bay guests aren’t splashing around at the waterpark, they can find any other number of ways to stay busy. Playing miniature golf, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, or basketball are just some of the activity options. Among other things, guests can also swim in one of three different pools, soak in the large hot tub, relax on one of three beaches, or snorkel just offshore.

At the three Sunset Beach Resort and Spa properties, guests can essentially leave their wallets in their rooms. Meals, snacks, and beverages are covered in the upfront rates, including adult beverages. Also included are non-motorized watersports and such other activities as tennis, miniature golf, and volleyball. Guests don’t even have to worry about taxes and tips, as those are covered as well. For those who are interested, it is possible to enjoy additional activities or services for an extra fee. Examples of things that cost extra include spa treatments and the off-site adventures and sightseeing tours that can be arranged at the resorts’ guest service desks.
