St Martin nightlife is mainly found at the resorts. The most popular St Martin bars are located in the various hotels with the most popular being Orient Beach Club. This resort offers a clothing optional beach with all kinds of after dark activities normally for guests of the resort, but others do join in the fun while closely being watched by security. The reason for these security measures revolves around gawkers and gazers who can"t avoid staring at or taking unauthorized photos of the nudists on the beach. Nightlife in St Maarten is completely different as this end of the island is home to all the casinos. You can find many St Maarten clubs or pubs located along the beach or, of course, in the various casinos.

Maho Beach Resort is another hot spot for nightlife in St Maarten due to the Comedy Club. Not only can you enjoy a great comedian or two, but also just down the street you can enjoy two casinos. The Paradise Plaza Slots and the Diamond Casino are in Philipsburg on Frontstreet. If jazz music gets your heels a tapping, then AXUM Jazz Café will be your favorite night spot in Philipsburg.
