Grand Turk Hotels

Grand Turk hotels cater to travelers who are looking to enjoy a laid-back beach vacation in paradise. The island of Grand Turk itself boasts wonderful beaches, and it's hard to find another spot in the Caribbean that is more relaxed. Grand Turk tourism has definitely been on the rise in recent years as more and more travelers are beginning to realize the relaxing benefits of a Turks and Caicos vacation. As a result, the Grand Turk Island hotel choices are better than ever, and more lodging options are to come.

The Grand Turk accommodations include a few resorts, some intimate inns, and a collection of vacation rentals. As far as the resorts are concerned, the Bohio Dive Resort on Pillory Beach has made a name for itself in recent years. If you want to do a lot of Turks and Caicos diving, then this just might be the resort for you. The dive packages are essentially all inclusive, and you don't have to venture far offshore to find world-class dive spots. Onsite PADI instructors are available for those who wish to take diving lessons, and should you already have your certification, then all the better. Excellent rates and great personal service only help to make the Bohio Dive Resort such a good place to stay.

Another top pick for Grand Turk accommodations is the Osprey Beach Hotel. Two-story town houses with a modern appeal house the majority of the 39 units at this fantastic hotel, and there are some more affordable rooms in the older building as well. The rates are good across the board, especially when you consider how expensive the Turks and Caicos resorts can get, and once again, guests can consider booking a special dive package. Like the Bohio Dive Resort, the Osprey Beach Hotel (pictured) sits on a beautiful white-sand beach and offers amazing access to world-class dive sites. You can save quite a bit by booking one of the simpler rooms at the Osprey Beach Hotel, and should the budget allow, there are deluxe rooms and suites to choose from. The Grand Turk hotels aren't overly luxurious on the whole, though the Osprey does well to provide discerning travelers with some relatively upscale accommodations.

When a taste of luxury is what you have in mind for your Grand Turk escape, it's hard to beat the Grand Turk Inn. This small hotel offers finest accommodations on the island, and some have gone as far as to name it the best guesthouse in the entire island chain. There are only five suites to choose from at this inviting inn, and they all boast full kitchens. In addition to a kitchen area, the spacious suites at the Grand Turk Inn feature a living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Standard amenity highlights include a TV, a DVD player, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, cozy guestrobes, and a hair dryer. As is true at many Turks and Caicos hotels, guests at the Grand Turk Inn can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast in the morning, and it doesn't cost extra to borrow some bikes for a tour.

The Grand Turk accommodations include a variety of intimate lodging establishments that provide good rooms at good prices. Take the Manta House, for example. This lodging establishment offers just five guest units, three of which are B&B rooms, the other two of which are self-contained bungalows. The rooms are especially well-priced, as they share a common bathroom, so you might keep them in mind when trying to find cheap Turks and Caicos hotels. One of the bungalows features a full kitchen, and both have private bathrooms.

Other well-priced hotels like the Salt Raker Inn are great places to stay when visiting the island of Grand Turk. Should there be room in the budget, however, you might prefer a condo at the White Sands Resort or a villa unit at the Arches of Grand Turk Island. Full kitchens can be found in the guest units at these lodging establishments, and the rates are more than fair when it comes down to it. You'll also find guest units with full kitchens at the Island House, which is just one more Grand Turk Island hotel that you will want to add to your list.
