Turks and Caicos Vacation Rentals
Turks and Caicos vacation rentals come in many different forms, and these days, you can find them on most of the main islands. These islands include the most highly visited landmasses of Providenciales and Grand Turk. If you can't find a rental that suits your needs on these two islands, then destinations such as Middle Caicos, North Caicos, and Salt Cay are worth checking out. In any case, you might weigh all of the available options, as this will give you a better idea of what's out there.
The Turks and Caicos vacation rentals include condos, cottages, villas, and houses. On average, these properties are comfortable and well-equipped, and more often than not, they offer all the amenities that you would expect to enjoy at home and then some. A full kitchen is pretty much standard, and unless you book a simpler unit, private laundry facilities are also likely to be featured. Satellite TV, a DVD player, a CD player, Internet access, and a private balcony or terrace are some of the other amenities that most Turks and Caicos vacation rentals offer, and should your budget be big enough, you can always consider renting a luxury home or villa with a private pool and hot tub.
Should you book one of the more expensive Turks and Caicos vacation rentals, there is a good possibility that it will feature maid service. Sometimes, the maid service includes laundry service. If you want to save on rates, on the other hand, then a simpler rental property that doesn't have maid or laundry service is the way to go. You can also save some money by preparing your own meals. Groceries might not be cheap in this island chain, but eating in can still be much easier on the wallet than dining out. That's not to say that you shouldn't treat yourself to at least one restaurant visit. The Turks and Caicos restaurants are known for serving some of the best food in the Caribbean.
Turks and Caicos beach rentals are in good supply, so you don't have to stay at a beach hotel if you want to be close to the sand. Some of the most popular beach rentals in TCI are found on Grace Bay Beach, and they include condos, homes, and villas. Villas and homes, in case you are wondering, offer many of the same amenities, though some villa units are part of a community complex that has a pool and other additional facilities. You can also find villa units that are offered by some of the upscale resorts across the islands, and condo hotels are quite popular as well. An example of a luxury resort that offers villas on Grace Bay Beach is the wonderful Grace Bay Club.
On the island of Providenciales, other places that you can find vacation rental properties include Taylor Bay Beach, Sapodilla Bay Beach, and Long Bay Beach. Should your search for Turks and Caicos beach rentals take you to Grand Turk, you can choose from a villas, houses, and apartments. As for the other islands, the Whitney Beach area on North Caicos offers some tantalizing rental properties, and you can always hope to rent a beachside villa or cottage on Middle Caicos island. Salt Cay also offers some delightful rentals, one of which is a relatively affordable house that sleeps up to seven people. Many of the Turks and Caicos beach rentals are expensive, but you might be surprised at how affordable others can be. Either way, the rates are usually comparable to a resort or hotel room that is of the same general class.
