Costa Rica Macaw

The Costa Rica Macaw is a popular attraction for visitors to Costa Rica. There are two types of macaws in Costa Rica, the scarlet macaw, and the great green or Buffon's macaw. Both species are very recognizable by anyone taking part in Costa Rica bird watching because of their unmistakable plumage.
