Flights to Costa Rica

Trips to Costa Rica are a breeze when you decide to fly. Costa Rica flights have domestic service in between the country's airports, and a number of them have service from US cities and major airports.

It is good to find out about flights to Costa Rica so you know what companies to book from when you want to buy tickets for your Costa Rica flights.

Most flights to Costa Rica arrive at the main airport, Juan Santamaria International Airport, which is only a 20-minute drive from the capitol, San Jose. Customs officials will process overseas visitors at only the major airports, so keep this in mind when deciding on which Costa Rica flights are best to have a ticket with.

Cheap flights to Costa Rica can be booked on large international airlines such as Continental, American Flights, Variq, Taca, Sam, KLM and Iberia Airlines. A number of cheap flights to Costa Rica fly from other countries. AeroNica is the Nicaraguan Airline, and Mexicana is, of course a Mexican airline. Copa is the Panamanian airline that has flights to Costa Rica, as does Sahsa, a Salvadorean company. Costa Rica flights can be purchased at deeply discounted rates if you plan your trip early and purchase your ticket well in advance.

Following is an alphabetical list of airports serviced by both international and domestic Costa Rica airlines, as well as runway information.
