Roatan West Bay Resorts

Roatan West Bay resorts within the island’s west end area are some the most popular resorts on the island and one of the most visited locations in Honduras. West End and West Bay are both sought after locations by divers and snorkelers wanting to explore the stunning Mesoamerican Barrier Reef flanking the island’s shore. West Bay is quiet and relaxing with much fewer shops and restaurants then nearby West End which is the preferred location for nightlife options. West Bay’s best feature is the water’s white sand bottom (West End’s ocean floor is grassy). Accommodations within West Bay involve prices from the mid-range and upward.

Infinity Bay

Infinity Bay Spa and Beach Resort on West Bay Beach is an upscale, beautifully designed waterfront resort on Roatan’s north coast. It is one of the best known Roatan luxury resorts where style and comfort go hand in hand. The slice of beach occupied by Infinity Beach is almost a half-mile long. The resort’s pool brims with fresh water and features a swim-up bar, three waterfalls, a bridge, and an infinity edge. Guests can swim, canoe, kayak, dive, snorkel, and fish. Studio suites and one to three rooms villas comprise accommodations. Just 2.5 miles away is West End, the laid back local village where shopping, dining, and other amenities are available. The town can be reached by private water taxi offered by Infinity Bay.

Mayan Princess

The Mayan Princess brings together a list of amenities and services that attract a wide array of guests with many different interests. The Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort features exemplary service throughout the dive center, onsite spa, and dining facilities. From the dive center, guests are outfitted and transported to any of the island’s 38 dive sites. The fifty-three condos and guest suites are spacious and provide guests with all the comforts of home. Interiors are spacious with large fully equipped kitchens, and private terraces or sheltered balconies offering a spot to sit, relax, and take in the ocean views. Outside all rooms and condos are exquisite tropical gardens and garden paths. Out at West Bay Beach, just steps away, parasailing, kayaking, canoing, and pedal boating are options. Water taxis whisk off to West End on a regular basis for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Onsite Mayan Divers offers gear and guides.

Foster’s West Bay Resort

Singles, couples and families can all find suitable accommodations at Fosters. Foster’s offers a wide range of services and amenities for tourists which can mostly be arranged from one location, offering a one-stop shopping opportunity for those who prefer to keep it simple.
