For all of you dirt bike enthusiasts looking for a great competitive ride, join the pros, experts and amateurs on April 27 -28 for some hard riding in Virginia City about an hour's drive south of Reno. Saturday's race is set for four hours and Sunday, for three hours with all age groups being represented. You'll test your skills maneuvering through canyons, across creek beds and up hills while showing off your skills on the challenging terrain. Enjoy the ride!

who would've thought the tiny mining town of Virginia City holds such a big event, eh? I race there every year and it only cost $70 to enter..they don't turn any bike at the gate so long as your bike passes inspection. Even if you don't take part you should come because the whole event is plain crazy and you get cheap drinks after the race;)

The atmosphere in Virginia City come racing time is electric. Even as a spectator it's great fun to watch the guys. Btw, today is the last day to get your pre-race entry postmarked and mailed... just sent mine in today;) if you miss the deadline, you can still enter on race weekend.
