If anyone is planning to head there, they should know Waveland Beach in Logan County, Albert Pike swimming area, Lake Wedington in Washington County, Beaver Swim Beach in Carroll County and Lake Leatherwood in Carroll County have been closed due to e. coli.

Luckily all water areas aren't affected like Lake Ouchita which isn't confirmed closed. Good thing this didn't happen on Memorial Weekend. All of those campers & tourists would have been so inconvenienced.

These closings happened last summer, but I'm wondering if the flooding this past weekend has affected the swimming beaches again. It's still pretty cold for swimming at the Arkansas lakes. There should be time to get everything ready for summer.
