The best way to get to Bethany Beach from Baltimore would be the train, though it won't be the cheapest. The bus is another option but either the train or bus you will need to get to Wilmington and then catch the Dart bus to Rehoboth and then another Dart bus to Bethany Beach. The other way would be to take the Greyhound bus or shuttle van to Ocean City and then take the Dart bus to Bethany Beach.

You will need to take the Amtrak train from Penn Station in Baltimore to Wilmington (around $50 one-way), and then pick up the Dart bus to Rehoboth, which runs every day of the week from 7am to 1am and stops in most beach towns including Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Long Neck, Dewey Beach, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Ruddertowne, South Bethany Beach, and Ocean City, Maryland.
