the Falkland islands are truly an amazing place for wildlife lovers. I myself have been lucky enough to travel there a few times. I suggest heading to Volunteer Beach (around 2.5 hours to reach by car from Stanley) to spot penguins and Sea Lion Island (East Falkland), which probably has the biggest concentration of wildlife sea lions on the islands. The roar of the adult males and the mane that grows around their huge heads really make them look like African lions.

Nicely put! the Falkland Islands are def. somewhere like you've never been before and it's the next best place to see penguins, sealions, etc aside from Antarctica. The Magellanic penguins and Rockhopper penguins, just like in Happy Feet (the movie) are really beautiful creatures.
