There are three ways to get to Philadelphia from NYC without a car.

    1) Train: Amtrak provides service on the Northeast Corridor Line from Penn Station New York to Philadelphia 30th Street Station. There trip is anywhere between an hour to two hours depending on the service your taking.

    2) Bus: Greyhound Buses provide service to and from New York City. The trip take about 2 - 3 hour.

    3) Plane: You can also take a plane New York City to Philadelphia. The trip takes about an hour but this is most expensive way to get there.
