there are several ways to get to Andorra:

By train: there is a RENFE train station in Lleida city and two in Barcelona (Estació de França and Estació Barcelona Sants).
By plane: from either Girona airport, Reus airport (Tarragona), Alguaire airport (Lleida) and Barcelona airport.
By bus: the closest city is Barcelona.

It all depends where you are coming from. If you are coming from places like Toulouse, Perpignan, Girona or Barcellona you can easily drive to Andorra from those places. The bus/coach is not too bad. While I was in Toulouse for skiing, I took the bus to Andorra from there (it took about 3 hours).

Andorra not member of Schengen Area

There is only one road that enters Andorra from France, and another road from Spain. By the way, Andorra is not a member of the Schengen Area so if you exit France or Spain into Andorra you technically terminate your single-entry visa. Good news is that immigration officers don't enforce this.
