If you're looking to do some bowling while in Vegas, most casinos/resorts in Vegas have them either in the Strip or off of it. Gold Coast, Red Rock Resort, Sam's Town, South Point, The Orleans and Brooklyn Bowl. As far as size, I believe South Point has one of the biggest bowling alleys in Vegas.

Brooklyn Bowl is one of the few bowling alleys on the strip and it is expensive (about $28 for half hour), though totally worth it. If you're a local though they do offer free bowling on Monday.

If you're looking for a "traditional" bowling experience, it's best you avoid the bowling alleys on the Strip. Both Gold Coast and Orleans are off the Strip. Brooklyn Bowl is considerably more expensive than either of those.
