Caesars Palace will have its 50th anniversary in 2016, and to celebrate they will be spending $75 million to renovate the Roman Tower and re-brand it as the Julius Tower. The Julius Tower will have 587 rooms featuring décor of Roman statues sporting hand-drawn showgirl-like costumes, glass-enclosed showers. The new rooms won’t open until after New Year’s Eve and rooms start at $149.

$75 million is a heck of a lot of money for a renovation, but then again, this is Caesars palace we are talking about. Wonder how the Julius tower will look!
