Fresh Fruits is the feature when you go to Cai Be Float market. Everybody live on small boat, sell and buy everything. Even many Vietnamese people can't imagine the scene of Cai Be Float market if they don't really visit it.
I would prefer heading to Can Tho for overnight stay to do both Phong Dien and Cai Rang floating market next early morning.
