There is Pechersk Lavra cave monastery in Kiev, and you will find more in Chernihiv such as Cathedral of Sts. Boris and Gleb and the St. Anthony Monastic Cave Complex, which boasts an underground church.

However, Pechersk Lavra is the best cave monastery in my opinion and where you will want to spend most of your time. By the way, Pechersk Lavra is the largest museum in Ukraine and home to catacombs which you can visit on tours

You may want to visit Kiev Pechersk Lavra if you are going to see Kiev.
If you are going to Crimea don't miss the opportunity to visit oldest Ukrainian cave cities Mangup Kale and Chufut Kale.
    Have a nice trip!:)
