Apple Vacations was the first one who started people-to-people tours to Cuba. I also heard a few days ago that Carnival Corp. is another travel company starting up trips to Cuba, though they will start operating in the beginning of May 2016.

Costa Cruises and Pullmantur have also been acquired by Carnival and Royal Caribbean respectively. Cruise lines that offer Havana as a port stop now are Fred. Olsen, Thomson Cruises, Noble Caledonia and Star Clippers. MSC Cruises will also be stopping in Havana in late 2015 through 2016.
