Guessing thats related to Google's uptick how they rank Blogspot. Spammers and such use blogspot frequently. Its a never ended battle but Google has much better tools at dealing with copyright issues, banning users, and IP addresses for habitual copyright infringers.

Right now we need to get this law passed to get more copyright protections for content creators. Send an email to Congressional Member urging them to support H.R. 3945
