When buying a Discover Brussels pass, you should be aware that only the 72-hour ticket (€14) is available as a magnetic ticket, while the 48-hour ticket (11€) is available as a MOBIB-contract, which means you have to buy a MOBID card (€5) too making the total price 16€.

The Brussels Card is good if you plan to visit lots of museums in Brussels as it gives you access to about 30 museums in total. If you can try getting the pass in advance. Otherwise, you can get it at a Tourist office on the Grand Place or on the Mont des Arts (BIP).

Wow, 30 museums? I guess that makes sense they put a time limit on the card. That really does seem like a good price either way. It's easy to pay that much to see one museum. Plus, it's fun to have the choices when you pay for the pass. You don't have to decide if the next museum is worth the money if they're all included.
