I had this very discussion with my boss this morning and neither one of us knew. Do you need a passport to visit US Territories? We're thinking no (for US citizens).

    visiting US territories

as far as know if you are a U.S. citizen you won't need a passport to visit the US territories such as the U. S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa. Saying this, when I went early this year to the USVI I was asked to prove I was a US citizen..luckily I had a PASS card.

Good to know! I heard from someone who is back from Puerto Rico this weekend, and he said that the Delta gate agents made him show is passport, but no one else asked.

Aren't those PASS Cards nice? I have one too since I live close to Canada.
