Thank you for your list Marino. It looks like there are some really interesting things to do! I've heard about the Coptics and how long their history is. I'm sure the museum has some wonderful artifacts to see. And the Old Market sounds really neat too.
if u r interested in Coptic history, there are many old monasteries with historic relics found all over egypt, aslo in cairo old churches, the coptic museum and the culture centre
for islamic cairo there is a well known street called " el moazz street" really good also
khan el khalili is a loved attraction even for egyptians themselves
