I've done the Grand Circle several times and my advise to those looking to explore it is to keep in mind that it's a BIG area (about 500 miles across). It will take you literary weeks to explore the entire area so to make the most of it, you will need to research the palces you want to see. A few suggestions are Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Grand Staircase Escalante, Rainbow Bridge and Snow Canyon.

Another place worth checking out is Red Canyon just before you arrive at Bryce. Other places I suggest are Delicate Arch (a must!), Balanced Rock, and Devil's Garden. Oh, yeah you must also take in the sunrise or sunset at either Dead Horse Point or Mesa Arch. These places are beautiful.

Zion National Park is a must! You will see gigantic red and white rocks like the Great White Throne towering around you like city skyscrapers. Antelope Canyon is also a must as it's one of the most beautiful slot canyons in the area. From there you can drive to Kayenta and enter Monument Valley.
