Albania has one international airport named Rinas airport, which only gas a single runway, which means in and out of the country aren't as fluid as most airports.
The two airlines I have used are Swiss Airways (flying from Zurich) and Malev airlines (flying from Budapest). Both have flights arriving mid-afternoon, Albanian time.
Also, going through Albanian customs can be fairly time consuming and intimidating as it's carried out under the watchful eyes of armed police, so be prepared! Do remember also that you will have to pay an airport tax and fill in an entry visa and exit visa form.
