Hi, Next month I'll be traveling to Guatemala on business, and I'll have two days to spend myself. What would you recommend to someone who has never been to Guatemala and spending there for 2 days? Also if anyone has any advice about great places to eat or good guatemala dishes to try. Thanks for the tips.

Guatemalan fare is a blend of Spanish, Indian and European. Native dishes are Chiles Rellenos and Chicken Pepian (the bird cooked in a pumpkin and sesame seed spicy sauce). My favorite if you can find it is shrimp ceviche and flan for dessert. For places to visit take a day trip only 45 minutes out of Guatemala City to Antigua known for its architecture.
