Hi, I'll be heading to Half Moon Cay in mid Sep. Does anyone recommend any good shore excursions? Wanting snorkeling, beach walks and other interesting things specially done in Bahamas. Thanks.
Little San Salvador Island is called as Half Moon Cay which is a tiny private island in the Bahamas and offers many exciting things to do. Half Moon Cay has an incredible beach with plenty of lounge chairs, waterpark for the kids and more. Reg. shore excursion, many of the cruise lines arranges on-shore excursions and you can pre book online to enjoy the nice beaches, shopping and plenty of water sports. You can also book a tour to kayaking, snorkeling, even horseback riding on the beach. Have a nice trip.
I suggest the Nassau cruise excursion is the best way to enjoy the islands and endless shoreline as well as the amenities at the world class Atlantis resort, dolphin encounters, wine tours and Bahamian food. There are 4 cruise lines that come and go from Nassau’s port. Nassau is the nicest place to enjoy the weather, especially in Jan & Feb. So try it too.
