lol, speaking booze on a cruise is pretty easy. Forget hiding booze in your luggage cos it's most likely it'll get found out by the cruise personnel. Something I used to do years back was to pour alcohol on other drink bottles...did you realize that whiskey looks very much like ginger ale and white run like water.? havent been cruising lately so not sure if word got out but it's worth thinking about
sneaking alcohol on a cruise worth it? No.
bringing booze onboard a cruise is against their rules since they'd much rather prefer you to spend your cash buying overpriced drinks! Last poster's trip on skeaking booze on a cruise was very popular in around 2006/7 so it's a very old trick now. I know of people pouring liquor on listerine mouthwash bottles (nasty!)...Most cruises know about it. Remember cruise liners do also read forums and threads like this one have been out there for years.
Actually, Royal Caribbean recently changed its policy. You can now bring your own wine along. According to their new rules, you can bring 2 standard bottles of wine per cabin. If you drink it your room or your patio, it's free to enjoy. If you want to drink it elsewhere, it costs a $25 for the corkage fee.
So, what do you think?
