    weather in egypt

Egypt’s weather is always hot and dry with the exception of the winter months of December, January and February so the answer to your question is yes. In the desert part of Egypt it’s even more extreme – often scorching during the day and bitterly cold at night.

If you dont like the crowds I would avoid going to Egypt during the tourist summer season of June and August. During these two months, Egypt is a very busy and packed place to be, and in my opinion it isn't a good time to enjoy the country.
