    Hi there!

We 3 friends are planning for 10 days trip to India and seen in the net that there is a place called Wayanad which is offering camping in a cave. We all are interested to take a Wayanad trip, and try the camping in a cave. Anyone been there? Any one share your experience? is it worth a visit? Will appreciate any help. Thanks

Kerala offers some stunning camping tours, and I have been to Wayanad in last August. Cave Camping in Wayanad is one of the pupular things to do whoever visits to Kerala, and the Wayanad tour will not be complete without visiting the Edakkal cave. I booked for a 1 day & 1 night cave camping trip at Edakkal, and it includes bamboo rafting, trekking, mountain biking, nature walk and cave camping. The cave camping includes Camping inside a Cave, cave exploration and a small hike to the top to see the superb sunrise.

Munnar is also an ideal place in Kerals to have camping tours. It has the most amazing places such as Hydel Park, Attukad Waterfall, Mattupetty dam and Eravikulam National Park. There are guided tours available, and you can do trekking & camping at the peaks of Kolukkumalai and Meesapulimala. The Eravikulam National Park & the Anamudi Peak will offer you the opportunity to see 100's of exotic species of birds and animals. Last year we 8 of our friends booked for a camping in Munnar with adventure activities package for 4 days & 3 nights and the package was very interesting with activities like trekking, mountain biking & bird watching. You can enjoy the tree top adventures too!
