hey guys, I hear there are more pyramids to be seen outside of Giza. Does anyone know where else we can see pyramids outside of Giza? thanks
hi there, Pyramids outside of Giza include Zawyet el-Aryan, which has two unfinished pyramids. Further south Abu Sir has fourteen pyramids. However, be aware that these pyramids are not as majestic as they are not as well preserved. One of the Pyramids that have retained some of the old splendor can be found in Dahshur, so you might want to check this area. Hope this helps Vacationbuddy
Yes you could see plenty of the pyramids in Saqqarra area ( the step pyramid, Unas pyramid,Usarcaf pyramid and Teti pyramid), in Dahshur (red & the bent pyramid) and in Abu Sir but abu sir area are closed these days.
Actually there have several new pyramids that has been discovered recently in several areas outside af the traditional places. These goes to prove that pyramid building was not limited to Giza only.

Besides the Pyramids of Giza there are many other pyramids in Egypt and recently found many new pyramids. Some of the places are Zawyet el-Aryan, Abu Sir, Saqqara, Dahshur, Mazghuna, Lisht, Hawara and many other where you can see pyramids.
