Hi, I'd like renting a condo in Tahoe and I was wondering where to begin looking for Lake Tahoe condos. Has anyone got any tips and advise to make the process smooth?
hi, Most people who don't know the lake well actually wonder how to go about renting a condo in Lake Tahoe so you're not alone. The main thing you want to achieve when renting a condo or any other type of rental vacation it's a good price. So, the best tip I can give you is to rent directly from the owner to cut out the middleman and save you money. There are many vacation-rental-by-owner web sites that you can look at for Lake Tahoe condo rentals, but they might not provide the basic information you need if you don’t know the lake very well. If you need an introduction to the different parts of the lake, from North Lake Tahoe to South Lake Tahoe, check out a site that specializes in Lake Tahoe condos only.
If you are looking to get a good place, make sure that you chose one that has a good view of Lake Tahoe. Though, you need to also be ready, as these can be a bit pricier.
The best tip I can give you is to lease immediately from the proprietor to cut out the intermediary and conserve your funds. There are many vacation-rental-by-owner web sites that you can look at for Pond Lake tahoe property accommodations, but they might not provide the primary information you need if you do not know the river very well.
So I have made up my mind to visit Lake Tahoe Rental Vacation. I'm thinking next Aug/Sept so any and all information regarding the hotels would really be appreciated
I love Lake Tahoe, but you see Tahoe is a seasonal town (winter, summer) and very few people visit in the off months. However, people who live in Tahoe and work at the resorts and casinos, etc. need a place to live. I would rent it as a vacation rental. Charge more in the winter and more in the summer.
