I am travelling to Rome soon and trying to find a working Roman/Turkish Bathhouse, not one of those modern spas, but a real old school bath... Any recommendations?

I would definitely suggest making a trip to Pompeii if you can. I believe it's about 2-3hr drive or train ride from Rome. Pompeii has some of the most famously known paintings found in the town's ancient bathhouse.

If traveling a couple hours out of Rome is out of the question, then look no further than The Baths of Caracalla in Rome. It is the 2nd largest baths complex in ancient Rome. It costs about 6 euro to view.
