I see what you mean, most people don't think that San Francisco could even have hostels, but rest assure SF does. San Francisco hostels come in different shapes and sizes to accommodate budget travelers. They include:
- the Fishermanâ€™s Wharf Hostel, which was the first hostel in San Francisco. Fishermanâ€™s Wharf Hostel is located right on the waterfront and offers free breakfast and free parking.
- the Green Tortoise Hostel, located near Union Square, is one of the most popular in the city because of its central location.
- City Center Hostel, which was actually a boutique hotel before it was transformed into a hostel, and offers private rooms and private baths.
