    what areas in South Africa you recommend to go for experiencing SA cuisine? and what are SA national dishes? thanks

    If you want to experience the Cape Malay cuisine then you need to head over to Cape Town, while the Indian influence in Durban provides some authentic Asian food on the KwaZulu-Natal coast, and Mozambique peri peri spicy chicken and prawns are popular all over the country.

    Barbecues are hugely popular in South Africa and every campsite, self-catering accommodation and picnic spot has one.

    National specialties in South Africa include Sosaties, Bobotie, Potjiekos and Bredies
