Have any of you been surfing on St. Martin? Conditions are really good to go surfing during the winter months when you're taking about the western and northern coasts. The other two are best during the summer and early fall. It just depends on the currents, the waves and the winds. St. Martin surfing is a great adventure to add to your vacation plans.

    kite surfing in St. Martin

St Martin is best for kite surfing or windsurfing....St Martin isn't really a surfing spot tbh. You can do plenty of kite surfing and windsurfing off of Orient Beach and Dawn beach, though Orient is best because wind is pretty constant.

hey Mitraveler, senoritosF is right, ~St Martin is not a surfers island. Not of the beaches there on the island have the kind of waves you'd need to have a good surfing experience. Saying this, if you really want to give surfing a go, you can always head to Guana Bay beach.
