One of the most popular things to do in Boise Idaho is to walk or bike down the Boise River Greenbelt. The Greenbelt is a 20 mile long paved pathway that runs through and around the city and along the Boise River.
If you are interested in fishing, the Boise River itself is a popular attraction for fly fishing and many fishermen travel to Boise Idaho to fish.
The Boise Art Museum is the most prominent art museum in the state of Idaho, and focuses on local and Pacific Northwest Art so it is worth checking out.
Other Boise museums include the Basque Museum and Cultural Center, the Idaho Historical Museums, the World Center for Birds of Prey and the Old Idaho Penitentiary building.
