things to do in Springfield Missouri

    Hi guys,

    we'll be touring along Route 66 during our stay in st. Louis, and we're planning on exploring Branson and Kansas city..is Springfield worth stopping by..what things to do in Springfield Missouri would you recommend? thanks

    Hi there,

    Yes, Springfield is definitely worth a visit along Route 66!

    One of the top attractions is the Crystal Cave, the General Sweeny’s Museum of Civil War History, the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, the Springfield Discovery Center, Wilson’s Creek National Civil War Battlefield and the Wonders of Wildlife exhibit, just to name a few.

    Also, don't miss visiting Springfield most famous park, the Jordan Valley Park in downtown Springfield.
