My husband and I will have 3 days in St. Petersburg and with all the fabulous things to see I was hoping someone who has been there could make some recommendations as to things to do in St. Petersburg?

There are loads of art galleries and museums that you can visit such as the world famous Hermitage Museum which contains one of the world’s largest collections of art including works by Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Titian, Rembrandt, Matisse, Picasso as well as many other old masters and impressionists.

The entire city center is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and taking a walking tour of St Petersburg is one of the best things to do in St. Petersburg. Don't miss seeing:

    - the Peter and Paul Fortress
    - the Imperial suburb of Pushkin
    - Catherine Palace
    - the Imperial suburb of Peterhof
    - the Yusupov Palace
    - the Glinka Hall of the Philharmonic
