if you are planning a trip to India, here are some tips and suggestions to give you an idea of what to expect:

    - A mid range hotel costs between 2000 and 6000 INR for a double.
    - car + driver is between 3000 to 4000 INR. $49- $65 US. Smaller cars are cheaper
    - In cities don't use car rental
    - Flights from US Wescoast to Delhi should be around $1500 for one person
    - You can eat very well in India for around $5-$10 (300INR) depending upon the place you eat
    - Arriving at Ahmedabad International airport is less stressful
    - Delhi is an easier access point for Rajasthan

if it's your first time to India, it's best that you stick to the Golden Triangle tour as it is a fantastic introduction to India. The Golden Triangle tour starts in Delhi (Hamayun's Tomb, Old Fort), moves to Agra (Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri) and ends in Jaipur (with the Pink City, fort at Amber).

Mumbai to Pune Trains for the most part leaves from Dadar, Thane or Panvel. You have to go to this station keeping in mind the end goal to catch the train to Pune. You can hunt down Local Train TimeTable for neighborhood train transportation or utilize mumbai's B.E.S.T Bus Transport Services and get numerous transport courses to achieve there.
