Mexico's newest hotel opened this past Monday on Sept. 12. The hotel, with 221 rooms, is located 25 minutes from the airport in the Riconada del Bosque business district.

Starwood hotels, the owner of the hotel and the six other Westins in Mexico, is working on expanding into Latin America. Westin brings a high level of luxury without the steep price tags. The standard rate is $299 a night, and amenities include the Westin "Heavenly Bed", a gym, and a restaurant that serves local food.

Westin Guadalajara hotel isn't bad at all as it's located in the best neighborhood in Guadalajara. I stayed for 7 nights with my wife, and did not want to leave. Westin Guadalajara is a great place for a relaxing break away from everything! I reckon most people will love the accommodation and enjoy the service.
