I would recommend for Kumarakom Lake Resort in Kerala. I was there for 5 days in Kerala in month of july with my family.
This place was wonderful and piece of haven. Peaceful, stress relief. The staff were very nice and respectful. I really enjoyed my kerala vacation. Its an amazing place to be.

Wow! Alleppey is really a wonderful place for nature lovers. You can reach Cochin International Airport, Kerala from New Delhi within 4 hours. From there you can book a taxi or a cab to get to Alleppey. It'll take 1hr 55 mins.

I had 2 weeks Kerala vacation with my family and visited many wonderful places & attractions including Alleppey. If you like, you can choose house boats ranging from luxury houseboats, deluxe houseboats, standard houseboats and pounding Houseboats to stay at Alleppey. House boating can be the most relaxing experience and I booked Indraprastham Houseboats. We 6 people stayed in three bedrooms houseboat, and you can check online for current rates. You can also check Citrus Retreats Alleppey, Lake Palace Resort, Lemon Tree Vembanad Lake Resort, Muhamma for your stay.

You can book Alleppey wildlife tour package too and visit Silent valley national park, Periyar national park and Eravikulam national park. You can enjoy the exotic wildlife, waterfalls, beaches and backwaters on a houseboat.
