Wildlife Expeditions of Teton Science Schools will be offering next spring a wolf safari photo in Yellowstone National Park's Lamar Valley. The safari will be guided by biologists and photographers and will last 8 days photographing wolf packs in open roofs jeeps sunroofs. The last day of this trip will feature a sightseeing flight over Yellowstone National Park and snowshoeing. The trips will run between March 6 and 28 and cost $4,495 per person.
I've done one of these wildlife safaris at Yellowstone and in one day I got to see all of the major spots on the lower loop of Yellowstone and I saw numerous moose, elk, and bison; the coyote; numerous white pelicans and herons; a crane; mule deer; and a nesting osprey.
Did you take pictures, Narnia12? I bet they were lovely. Herons are my favorite birds! I would love to see them at Yellowstone! Were they blue or white herons? Or maybe green ones? They're all cool birds!
