Deck 4, the Atlantic Deck, features theater seating that looks down through an opening to the Deck 3 theater stage. There are also dining rooms, a bar, a conference room, an internet café, a teen hangout area, a library, and two atrium areas. Deck 5 also features two atrium areas, two clubs, an arcade, a casino, shops, and a large promenade area with tables and chairs.

Decks 6-8 on the Carnival Valor are home to rooms and suites. The general facilities continue on Deck 9, or the Lido Deck, and include swimming pools, hot tubs, and a large, multi-faceted dining area. Deck 9 is also home to a number of guest units. Among the main features on Deck 10, or the Panorama Deck, are a waterslide, a theater, and two restaurants. There are also guest units on this deck. Deck 11 is known as the spa deck, as it is where you will find the ship’s spa. This deck also features a jogging/walking track and a sports recreation area. Up on Deck 12, or the Sun Deck, there is a miniature golf feature, a kid’s club, and an adults only relaxation area. Rounding things off is Deck 14, or the Sky Deck. It is a kid-free relaxation hub that caters to adults. There is no Deck 13 on the Carnival Valor, in case you are wondering. It’s similar to a building without a 13th floor and is related to the common belief that 13 is an unlucky number.
