P&O Cruises

The P&O Cruise line has travel destinations around the world that go to 210 locations in 76 countries around the globe. P&O cruises depart from the cruise line's main terminal in Southampton England, and guests can use chartered flights from UK airports in cities such as London and Manchester, and regional flights for the cruise-fly packages are available from select cities in England, Ireland, and Scotland. The staff is available to guide you throughout the pre-trip process to help make reservations for flights, arrange pre-flight hotel stays, secure discounted airport parking, arrange transportation to and from your cruise, and set up any necessary arrangements for guests with special needs.

The fleet of P&O ships includes seven choices of vessels, from the classic and innovative Aurora to the glamorous and lively Oceana. Each ship in the P&O cruise line has its own special qualities, such as the innovative Ventura's providing fun activities that are perfect for families. For a quiet travel experience, some P&O ships, including the Arcadia and the Artemis, provide adults-only cruises.

The newest of the P&O ships is the Adonia, which is the smallest in the fleet and is capable of carrying 710 passengers. With attention to every detail handled by the crew, along with exquisite wood paneling décor, artwork, and a grand staircase, guests are treated to an intimate luxury travel experience aboard an adult-only cruise ship.

P&O Cruises offers guests many avenues for pampering. At the Oasis Spa, men and women can stop by for a relaxing massage, facial, manicure, or pedicure, and stylists are available for any hair-styling needs. For a complete workout, the gym is fully equipped with the latest in equipment and fitness instructors are onsite to design or assist you with your workout regimen.

Evenings onboard a P&O Cruise Line ship can be exhilarating, as you have your choice of lavish shows from Broadway and the West End or classic and recent feature films shown at the theater. Guests can also enjoy a game of poker, roulette, blackjack, or Texas Hold 'Em, or try your luck on assorted slot machines at the casino. For those new to gambling, lessons are available from the croupiers. The state-of-the-art sound systems play both live and DJ-selected music of all genres in the nightclubs for dancing. Assorted nightclubs, bars, English-style pubs, and lounges provide you with your choice of beverage from vintage wine to sparkling champagne.

Select P&O cruises even offer evenings on-shore to attend special events, such as ballet performances in St Petersburg Russia or a night on the town in Dublin Ireland. For some onshore events, overnight stays are available, so guests don't have to worry about returning to the ship late at night.

All P&O ships are adorned with original works of art throughout the ship, and periodically during the cruise, art auctions are held with all pieces on the ship available for purchase, offering the chance for a unique souvenir from your trip. In addition, if you're looking to create your own artwork, added conveniences for guests include the ship's photography, florist, and laundry services. The photography service will develop your film onboard or download images onto memory cards, the florist will make personalized flower arrangements for your suite, and for the laundry, pressing services are available, along with free launderettes.

The array of services, amenities, and activities that guests will find aboard any P&O cruise is sure to create an unforgettable vacation, so if you're looking to relax on a European cruise, this might be the perfect vacation option for you.
