The Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas, launched in 2009, has the honor of being the largest cruise ship ever built to date. The largest luxury cruise liner in the world is sixteen decks high, weighs at 222,000 tons, and has enough room for 5,400 guests. Guests of Oasis of the Seas can choose between many different types of accommodations, including luxurious lofts, suites, staterooms, and boardwalk accommodations. Some of the rooms have views of the ocean, while others look out to a spacious park. As the largest luxury cruise liner in the world, Oasis of the Seas boasts more restaurants, pools, and recreational facilities than any other cruise ship in the world.

Guests of all ages will be entertained for days as they sail across the Caribbean Sea. If you're at all familiar with Royal Caribbean cruises, you probably know how many things there are to do aboard the ship. Royal Caribbean cruises are filled with theaters, comedy clubs, and dance clubs; there are also hair salons, gyms, and spas. The new Oasis of the Seas ship is home to even more entertainment complexes and recreational facilities to choose from; the largest cruise ship in the world comes complete with a venue for ice skating shows, an open theater that seats over 1,000 guests, and an intimate jazz and blues lounge. Like other Royal Caribbean cruises, the ship has plenty of ways to entertain children as well, with movie nights and kids' clubs.

People of all ages will love the pool and sports zone. Taking up the entire deck of the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas, the sports zone has rock climbing walls, ping pong tables, miniature golf courses, and a basketball court. After you you've challenged yourself to a game of basketball or ping pong, cool off in one of four pools or get a quick bite to eat at a restaurant specializing in fresh and healthy food. The sports zone also has two surf simulators, so you can practice your surfing skills before docking in Mexico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, or another stop on the ship's itinerary.

One of the main highlights of the largest cruise ship ever built is a central outdoor space called Central Park. Central Park, which is as large as a football field, is landscaped with tranquil gardens and walking paths as well as quiet places to relax or read a book. There are several restaurants, including a steakhouse, an Italian trattoria, a wine bar, and a gourmet market. Guests can have their picture taken at a portrait studio or see original works of art at the Oasis of the Seas art gallery, and the flurry of activity in Central Park won't stop when the sun goes down. The largest cruise ship in the world has plans for live music and street performances in the evening. With so many things to do aboard the ship, it is no question that Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas will be a popular cruise ship with vacationers around the world.
