Cyprus Resorts

Cyprus resorts fill up fast in the summer months, as tourists from mainland Europe and other countries come looking to soak up some sun on the country's glorious beaches. The Cyprus luxury resorts are the most attractive resorts in the land, and they blend elegance with convenience. If you can't quite swing the rates at one of the five-star beach resorts in Cyprus, there is an array of four-star establishments that beg to be considered. Throw in the three-star resorts that are found in some of the top destinations, and the choices only increase. Whether you stay at one of the Cyprus luxury resorts or you choose to save some money by staying at one of the cheaper resorts, you're bound to enjoy good amenities and ample facilities.
The Cyprus resorts generally cater to the package groups, and they can be found near the water. The various holiday packages offer all inclusive or half-board rates, meaning that most or all of your food, activities, and entertainment will be covered in the one-time fee. The same goes for many of the Cyprus beach hotels, though you could say that the bulk of the beach hotels could qualify as resorts. As for where to look for Cyprus resorts, the city of Paphos is a good place to start.
The resorts in Paphos include some of the best and most popular resorts in the country. Among the most luxurious is the Intercontinental Hotel at the five-star Aphrodite Hills Resort. As is true at the other Cyprus luxury resorts, the Intercontinental boasts immaculate rooms. Standard amenities include premium bedding, a private terrace, a mini bar, a safe for valuables, and satellite TV. Luxurious bathrooms are standard as well, and there is plenty more to enjoy outside of the rooms, including a championship golf course, tennis courts, an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. The Paphos resorts and beach hotels line the coast to the north and south of the city, and due north is Coral Bay. The Coral Beach Hotel & Resort offers excellent rooms and facilities, not to mention fantastic views over golden beaches.
The largest city in Cyprus is the capital of Nicosia. While there aren't exactly any Nicosia resorts to choose from, those who are visiting the city can enjoy a resort experience at the Hilton Park. Found just ten minutes outside of the city center, the Hilton Park offers a solarium, an attractive outdoor pool, a tennis court, and a fitness room for keeping on top of workouts. If you're really into enjoying the resort experience in Cyprus, Nicosia isn't the best place to look, but the country is small, so you can always venture off to a resort once you're done exploring the capital.
Paphos might be one of the best places to search for beach resorts in Cyprus resorts, but it isn't the only destination of choice. The southern Greek region of the country is home to the most popular resorts and resort destinations, and they also include Agia Napa and Protaras. Agia Napa is better suited for those who want to party, while Protaras is more ideal for couples and families. Both of these destinations have good nightlife, and since they are relatively close to one another, trips between the two are easy to manage. One of the best resorts in Agia Napa is the Nissi Beach Holiday Resort. This resort overlooks the most popular beach in the immediate area, and the chic guestrooms boast modern decors and plenty of good amenities. In Protaras, the resorts are numerous, and there are lots of good ones, including the Golden Star and the Capo Bay Hotel. Both of these enticing beach resorts in Cyprus offer a considerable amount of luxury and complete facilities.
