The address is 18000 Boulevard de la Republique, a major thoroughfare on the northeastern edge of the city center. This location makes it easier to find than city center properties if you are driving, but means you have a slightly longer walk to the historic sites. The Chateau Lazenay is much more modest (more like a large country house than a small castle), but is only a couple miles south of the Bourges city center. It is located along the shores of small Le Val d'Auran, a peaceful artificial lake surrounded by a park.
